This is a blog about the SEC Division of Enforcement, written by a former SEC staffer. It will highlight the good, the bad, and the ugly. In general, the blog will have a new entry every week, sometimes more, sometimes less. The focus will be on the SEC Division of Enforcement but may also discuss other items or agencies.
